literally meaning to mix, this dessert is the perfect way to welcome summer: shave ice, sweet beans, coconut, jackfruit, topped with sweet milk, ube ice cream and flan.

calamansi, a small citrus fruit native to the Philippines is our version of a lemon. Melon juice is served on most street corners in the Philippines, and is made by grating the flesh of the cantaloupe, adding sweeter, ice and a splash of cream, if you like.
